What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your store and what you need, so we go over it on your demo — no surprises and no long sales process. Every tool in the platform is included; there aren't add-on fees for the studios.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. We build and configure everything for you — the assistant, your knowledge, your branding. You get a login and a small piece of code for your website, and we walk you through adding it. If someone else manages your site, you can forward it to them.
Will it work with my website?
Yes. The assistant embeds on essentially any website with a snippet of code, and the customer tools work the same way. If you're not sure about your setup, bring it up on the demo and we'll confirm before you commit.
What does the assistant actually know?
Two things. First, deep sewing, quilting, embroidery, and serging knowledge — troubleshooting, techniques, and how products are actually used. Second, your store: the brands you carry, your policies, your hours, and the information you give us during onboarding.
What happens if it doesn't know an answer?
It says so and points the customer to your team rather than guessing — which is exactly what you want. You can see the questions people ask, so anything it misses becomes something we add.
Does it post to social media for me?
It creates the content — posts, emails, promotions, images, event materials — ready for you to review and publish wherever you already do. It doesn't schedule or publish on your behalf. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you find out later.
