The follow-up sequence
you never get round to.
Twelve proven campaign shapes — welcome a new customer, win back a lapsed one, launch a machine, fill a class. Pick one and every piece in the sequence comes back written, in order, with the timing already worked out.
Not one email. The whole sequence, each piece different from the last, with when to send it.
How dealers use it
-
Pick the campaign that matches the situation
Five nurturing sequences — new customer welcome, lapsed win-back, post-purchase, class attendee follow-up, birthday club. Seven promotional ones — machine launch, seasonal sale, class fill, trade-in event, holiday gift guide, show preview, and Halloween. These are the sequences that work in this trade; you're not inventing one.
-
Tell it the specifics
Your store, the products it's about, the offer, dates, and where people register. Then it writes every piece — three emails for a welcome, five for a machine launch — each one different from the others rather than the same message reworded.
-
Work through it and take it away
Edit any piece, regenerate the ones that miss, copy or download the lot. Each piece carries its timing — "Day 1", "two weeks before" — so whoever's sending knows the order without a separate plan.
What it does
- Twelve campaign templates across nurturing and promotional, built for sewing and quilting retail
- Every piece in the sequence written, up to five per campaign
- Each piece gets its own channel and its own timing note
- Built around your store, your products and your offer
- Resumable — stop halfway and pick up the remaining pieces later
- Applies your tone rules, stripping the exclamation marks and hashtags you don't want
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't send or schedule anything. The timing on each piece is guidance for whoever sends it — nothing goes out on its own. That's what DOS adds
- You can't write your own template. The twelve are fixed; you customise what goes into them
- Text messages don't go out — a sequence with an SMS in it will write the message, but there's no sending channel yet
- The revenue estimate on each template is illustrative — it's a fixed example figure, not a forecast for your store
