Eight pieces, one press. The phone script is the one nobody else gives you — and it's the one that actually fills seats.

How dealers use it

  1. Set the class up once, including the repeats

A one-off, or a series — every second Tuesday, or the third Saturday of the month, ending whenever you say. It builds the whole run for you, and if you've since edited one of them by hand it leaves that one alone.

  2. It warns you before you clash with something

Holidays are built in, and you can add the local things that empty a shop — a home game, the county fair. Schedule a class on top of one and it flags it while you can still move it.

  3. Generate everything, then publish it to your site

All eight marketing pieces at once, for the whole series or a single date. Then publish the event so customers can book it on your own website — including a separate members' price if you run a club.

What it does

  • Eight marketing pieces per event — phone script, invitation email, reminder email, and posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and SMS
  • Recurring series, weekly or monthly, that never overwrite an event you've edited by hand
  • Clash warnings against holidays and local events you've told it about
  • Nine event types — class, workshop, guided class, trunk show, demo, retreat, sale event and more
  • An educator library with bios and photos, shared with your class planning
  • Publish to your website so customers book it, with separate member pricing if you run a club

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't send the emails or post the posts. It writes all eight; you send them from your own tools
  • The booking page isn't ours. Publishing creates the booking calendar — the customer's payment goes through your own setup, not through us
  • You set the price on the booking page yourself. A paid event is flagged as needing its price set rather than us guessing it
  • Text messages don't go out — it writes the SMS, but there's no sending channel yet
