Additional tools Rolling out

Tick the brands you carry.
Everything else follows.

This is the quiet one that makes the rest work. Choose your brands and the assistant starts recommending what you actually stock, the content writes about your real products, and Spotlight fills itself in.

Rolling out

Self-serve catalog management is finished and going out to every dealer already on the platform as a free update — no new plan, nothing to buy. Until it lands we set your catalog up for you.

Products — brands

Select a brand and every active product under it comes across at once.

How dealers use it

  1. Select your brands, not your products

Tick a brand and everything under it comes across in one go — you're not entering machines one at a time. When new products get added to that brand later, one button pulls them in too.

  2. Point each product at your own webshop

This is the part worth doing properly. For most products the link works itself out from your site's URL pattern; for the rest you can set one by hand, or upload a spreadsheet of them in bulk. A coverage indicator tells you how many are still missing.

  3. Then the rest of the platform gets sharper

Your assistant shows product cards with working buy buttons. Content Studio writes about things you sell. Spotlight fills in specs by itself. Kit Builder costs from your real prices. Anything without a link simply has its buy button hidden rather than sending someone to a dead page.

Products — bulk link import
Screenshot goes here The spreadsheet importer preview, matching your products before anything is applied.

Upload your links as a spreadsheet, see what matched before it's applied, then commit.

What it does

  • Select whole brands at once rather than product by product
  • Pull in new products added to your brands later, with one button
  • A link to your own webshop per product — automatic where it can be, manual where it can't
  • Bulk import your links from a spreadsheet, with a preview before anything changes
  • Coverage at a glance, and a filter for just the ones still missing a link
  • Feeds the assistant, Content Studio, Spotlight and Kit Builder

What it doesn't do

  • No search or paging yet. You browse it by category — fine for setup, slow if you're hunting one item
  • It isn't your inventory system. No stock levels, no prices you control here, no ordering — it's about what you carry, not how many
  • You can't create or edit a product. The catalog details come from us; you choose what applies to your store
  • The importer reads a spreadsheet you provide — it doesn't go and crawl your website for you

Most dealers are surprised how much of their catalog is already in there.
