How dealers use it

  1. Set your own rates once

    Every service, design, batting, backing, binding and fee is yours. Price quilting per square inch, per linear inch, per hour, or as a flat price. Each list starts with typical examples so it's never blank — you replace them with your own numbers, and nothing is assumed.

  2. Check the quilt in and price it

    Enter the customer, the size of the top, and your own check-in questions — allergies, who it's for, whether the top is squared. Choose the quilting, the design and the materials, and the price builds as you go, with batting and backing yardage worked out from the size of the top. If an allergy matches the batting you picked, it warns you.

  3. Send the quote, then keep them posted

    The customer gets a quote in your colors, with your logo. As the quilt moves through your shop — dropped off, on the frame, binding, ready for pickup — each stage sends its email from your shop's own email account, or drafts it for you to read first. A pickup reminder can go out by itself, once.
