Customers want to know what it'll cost.
Your website tells them.

A "Price your quilt" page for your own website. Customers pick their size, quilting, batting, backing and binding, and see a price range worked out from your own rates — then send it to you, and your team confirm the real price.

your-store.com
A Price your quilt page on the demo shop's website: a queen quilt with edge-to-edge quilting, Hobbs batting and machine-finished binding, estimated at $470 to $550, with a button to send it to the shop.

Customers see a range and what it includes, in words — never your rates or line-by-line prices.

How dealers use it

  1. Your prices come from Quilt Quote

There is one set of numbers. The Estimator reads the rates you set in Quilt Quote, so change a rate there and the next estimate uses it. You choose the sizes on offer, the questions customers answer, and how each quilting service shows: as a range, as "priced after we see your quilt", or not at all.

  2. Customers price it and send it to you

The customer picks their quilt and sees an estimate — for example $470 – $550 — always labeled as an estimate you'll confirm. When they like it, they send it with their contact details and up to four photos of their top, and gets a "we got your quilt request" email from your shop.

  3. Your team confirm the real price

The request arrives in Quilt Quote already filled in, with their photos and the range they were shown. Add anything they couldn't know about, like a repair you can see in a photo, then email them the real quote. From there it's an ordinary Quilt Quote quilt — and they can look up where it is any time on Check my quilt.

Quilt Quote — an online request
An online quilt request inside Quilt Quote: the customer was shown $470 to $550, with their phone number, a photo of their quilt top, a Mark reviewed button, and the request email already sent to them.

Every request arrives filled in, with what they were shown on the day. Your team check it and send the real quote.

What it does

  • Puts a Price your quilt page on your website from a plain embed code — it works even on websites that remove scripts
  • Shows a price range from your own rates — by default 5% under to 10% over, rounded out to $5, and you can change both
  • Shows custom and hourly quilting as "priced after we see your quilt", with the rest as its own range
  • Takes up to four photos of their quilt top — only your team see them
  • Sends them a "we got your quilt request" email from your shop, and alerts whoever you choose
  • Gives customers Check my quilt — they enter their email, get a code, and see where each of their quilts is
  • Has a live preview in the portal, so you can try it before you turn it on
