Describe the kit once
Fabrics, cut sizes, notions, and how many you're making. Pull products straight from your catalog so the costs are your real costs. Paste the cutting instructions from a pattern and it'll draft the fabric card for you to check.

It works out the nesting, not just the arithmetic
Anyone can multiply a cut size by forty. This lays the pieces out on the width of the fabric and shows you what really fits — quickly, or with a slower pass that rotates pieces to squeeze more out of the yardage. That gap is where a kit quietly loses its margin.

Print what you need to actually make it
A shopping list to buy from, a cutting report per fabric with a sensible cutting order, a profit-per-student figure for the class, and a customer-facing kit sheet that shows the retail price and none of your costs.
Branded and printable, so whoever's doing the cutting isn't working off a scribbled note.
What it does
- Yardage for one kit and a full batch, with a to-scale cutting map
- Two nesting passes — a fast one, and a slower one that rotates pieces and is never worse
- Per-kit and per-batch costs, wholesale and retail, with a suggested price and margin
- Batch costs allocated however you actually charge — kit only, class fee, both, or absorbed
- Five printable reports including profit per student and a customer kit sheet that hides your costs
- Templates to reuse, and a catalog picker so costs come from your real products
What it doesn't do
- The pricing panel isn't finished. Markup, waste and rounding rules sit at sensible defaults you can't yet change, and tax and labour aren't in the calculation. Coming, but not today
- The nesting is very good, not perfect. It's a strong estimate of a real cutting layout, not a mathematical guarantee
- Reports print through your browser — there's no separate PDF or spreadsheet export yet
- It doesn't sell the kit. It plans and prices it; taking the order is still your own till
